Locum Employment Solicitor Part Time Temporary

Locum Employment Solicitor needed in Bristol, £43.93ph PAYE – Reference: 5254555

We are seeking an Employment solicitor to cover a one year sabbatical.

The role will be up to 2 days per week however may increase in hours depending on caseload. 

• To deal with a small number of ET claims varying from equal pay, unfair dismissal, discrimination and harassment. 
• Judicial mediation, preliminary hearings and preparation for final hearings will be needed. 
• Advice on TUPE provisions in contracts and TUPE clarification questions  arising from procurement processes and complex grievances.

This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis.
