Locum Consultant in Public Health Based in Walthamstow and the salary is £111.11 per day PAYE

The role will involve directing the work of a team of at least two public health strategists or senior strategists, or equivalent other public health staff, and being a member of the public health Senior Management Team.
Lead areas are expected to include some combination of :
- Sexual Health
- Substance Misuse
- Tobacco and smoking cessation
- NHS Health Checks
- Child and Maternal Health
- Community Safety and Violence Reduction
They will include significant commissioning responsibilities.
Along with all consultants in the team, the post holder will also be expected to cover some responsibilities around COVID response in the short-medium term.
