Local Taxation Officer Contract Full Time

Local Taxation Officer based in Portsmouth and the rate is £23.93 ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role.

• Dealing with a high volume of customer enquiries via our telephony service.
• Assessing requests for discounts, disregards, exemptions etc.
• Determining who is liable.
• Negotiating payment arrangement and provide advice to customers experiencing financial difficulty.
