Local Taxation Officer based in Portsmouth and the rate is £23.93 ph PAYE
This is a full time temporary contract role.

- Dealing with a high volume of customer enquiries via our telephony service.
- Assessing requests for discounts, disregards, exemptions etc.
- Determining who is liable.
- Negotiating payment arrangement and provide advice to customers experiencing financial difficulty.
