Local Taxation Officer Full Time Temporary

Local Taxation Officer needed in Portsmouth £24.03 ph PAYE – Reference: 5186859

This role will involve:

• Dealing with a high volume of customer enquiries by correspondence, telephone.
• Assessing requests for discounts, disregards, exemptions etc.
• Determining who is liable for council tax.
• Negotiating payment arrangement and provide advice to customers experiencing financial difficulty.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
