Local land charge officer needed in London £18.52ph ref 1345490

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

To process Local Land Charges (LLC) searches and Commons searches including maintenance of the manual and computerised LLC Register and Commons Register records.                                          

• To work as part of a team and contribute to providing an effective customer focused LLC service.                                                                                          
• To assist in the implementation and development of the new computerised LLC system.                                                                                                                        
• To be performance managed by the Senior Land Charges Officer and be accountable for achieving personal appraisal targets.
