Local Government Children and Family Solicitor needed in Oldham

The rate is £25.46ph PAYE

The successful candidate will need experience in local government childcare proceedings and will need to do their own advocacy. They will also be required to attend court in person in and around Manchester.

They will advise on legal matters primarily, but not exclusively, relating to all areas of Social Services and Education including attendance at evening meetings as required.

They will provide advocacy in contested and uncontested hearings in Court and when necessary instruction of Counsel at the Family Court, including the preparation and management of cases.
