Licensing Assistant needed in North London

The rate is £19.05ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property licence applications from initial enquiry to granting the final licence. Working in the Property Licensing Team you will be responsible for providing advice to landlords on the application process, interpreting legal requirements, payments, validating applications and dealing with representations.

They will be responsible for providing advice to members of the public, councillors and other officers on the licensing application process and respond to customer enquiries. Managing processing of allocated applications within specified timescales. Assisting with data collection for Freedom of Information, Subject Access and statutory register requests.
