Licensing Assistant needed in Barry paying £12.17 per hr – Reference: RQ741428
This is a full time role on a temporary basis
This role will involve:
- To process and determine licence/permit/registration applications dealt with by the Licensing Section of the Shared Regulatory Services and carry out any other relevant administrative and clerical functions
- To expedite the resolution of both contentious and non-contentious licence/permit/registration applications
- To receive payments in respect of applications, issue receipts, record transactions, allocate to correct cost centres and undertake end of day reconciliations to ensure correct financial accounting.
