- Reporting to Head of Capital
- Immediate start.
- Immediately available preferred.
- Initial 3 months with a view to long term
Job description:
- Demonstrable previous experience throughout in construction is ideal
- Ideally Public sector experience.
- End to end management of a physical development scheme – housing ok but preferably leisure, commercial, mixed use schemes
- Knowledge and experience of procurement processes/systems
- managing employer’s agents • Experience of programme management including risk and budgetary forecasting
