This is a great opportunity to join our Sutton Community LD Team as the Speech and Language Therapist for specialist work with Learning Disability adults on communication This is a full time position (36 hours) You will be working closely with the Dysphagia professional within the team. The position is hybrid with 3-4 days face to face work within Sutton
Full time hours on a Permanent basis.
