Our client is looking for a Senior Learning and Development Consultant. To help strengthen the Business Partnering capability across the organisation. The successful candidate will help to define organisation’s Business Partnering capability framework, relevant across different professional areas (e.g. HR, finance, Technology, Procurement).
They will support the establishment of a community of practice to enable sharing of learning and experiences; design a development plan to support the different roles that need to demonstrate “partnering” capabilities. This role will be required to work across the organisation, build strong (and quick) rapport with senior leaders, and identify the critical conditions required in our organisational context for this initiative to succeed.
This role also works collaboratively across our function, Organisational Development and People & Service Transformation, maximising the contribution, value and credibility this practice makes throughout the organisation, both through own efforts and by supporting the activities of other teams.
