Learning & Development Administrator Contract Full Time

Learning & Development Administrator based in Morden and the rate is £14.57 per hr

This is a full time temporary role

This role will involve:

•  To provide advice and guidance to staff and senior managers on learning and development issues.
• Maintain awareness of current professional Learning and Development issues in order to continuously improve service delivery, policy advice and the post-holders own practice.
• To deal with all learning and development issues from Departmental Managers, staff and the public as fully as possible, referring matters to the appropriate member of staff for non-routine enquiries but at all times attempting to deal with the matter at hand first.
• To support the design and development of the Learning and Development module within HRIS L&D system.
• Develop procedure notes and electronic folders for the learning and development function.
• Manage the administration of learning and development events to include booking venues, sending out detailed course details and liaising with suppliers.
