Leadership Support Manager needed in Bexleyheath paying  £21.96 per hr ref 1408356

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting Coordination: Organise and schedule leadership meetings, preparing agendas and ensuring all necessary materials are distributed in advance.
• Communication Management: Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the leadership team, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.
• Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of key projects and initiatives, tracking progress and reporting on outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.
• Documentation: Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents to support leadership decision-making.
• Event Planning: Coordinate leadership events and engagement activities, ensuring all logistical details are managed effectively.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research and gather information to support strategic initiatives and provide insights to the leadership team.
