Full time time on a temporary basis

• We have a vacancy for a Lawyer Advocate to join the Legal Services, Children and Families Team. This role involves attending the local Family Courts in Gloucester and Bristol in person.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advocacy in the Family Court, primarily in Gloucester and occasionally in Bristol.

  • Represent clients in legal proceedings related to children and family matters.

  • Provide expert legal advice and support to clients.

  • Prepare legal documents and case files for court hearings.

  Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor, barrister, or legal executive with good advocacy skills.
