Land Charges Technician needed in Crewe

The rate is £12.59ph PAYE

The successful candidate will demonstrate confidence in using computers along with excellent data entry skills. Due to the work great attention to detail is essential.

The tasks will involve data entry, acknowledging a variety of requests and plotting land and property areas with accuracy (using location maps) onto the GIS system.

They successful candidate will work within a very small team and play an integral role in supporting the processing of conveyancing report requests. Training can be provided to the right candidate.
