ole information: To carry out labouring and delivery duties to provide an effective and efficient delivery and collection service. Assist trade colleagues in a wide variety of tasks to assist with the execution of their duties. Liaise with other employees, tenants and Management as required. Essential: candidates must have a basic knowledge of the building trade, to enable collection of correct materials. Skills, Knowledge and experience required: 1. Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of building materials. 2. Ability to demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of functions carried out by general trades. 3. Experience in carrying out labouring duties. 4. Experience in using various plant and equipment 5. A full, valid UK Driving license
