Isp Service Operations – Admin needed in Bradford £11.27ph ref: 5186492

This role will involve:

• Provide a wide administrative support to technical teams.
• Organising schedules and appointments where required.
• Receiving customers and escorting them to appropriate technical teams.
• A proficient level of experience in use of software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,
• Microsoft Outlook.
• Monitor technical team inbox.
• Support the continuous development and enhancement of the service, and ensure that customer care and service excellence are established as core values.
• Follow service management processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness of the service and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with appropriate policies, procedures and guidelines
