Insurance Team Leader based in Uxbridge and the rate is £26.64ph
This is a full time temporary contract role.

The successful candidate will be working within an Insurance team which provides support to all services with the aim of minimising the exposure to financial loss and liability. The team are responsible for developing and implementing an active operational risk management programme across and at all levels, coupled with the provision of appropriate insurance cover.
They will Line manage, coach and support team members to focus their contribution on high priority and high-value delivery, ensuring knowledge sharing and appropriate team training.
Be responsible for the selection, development and performance of your team in line with the HR policies.
Ensure all staff in the Insurance Team receive the appropriate level of communication to maintain engagement with the vision, priorities and activities and achieve the strategic objectives of the Business Assurance service.
Lead by example at all times and provide assistance and guidance to all staff within the Insurance Team and be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy working environment in line with Health & Safety at Work Act (1974).
