Information Support Officer Full Time Temporary

Information Support Officer needed in Haringey paying £14.90 per hr PAYE Ref: 483744

This role is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities: 

• To be responsible investigating and responding to enquiries received in relation to all aspects of parking and highways services, including specialist correspondence such as Elected Members Enquiries, Complaints and Freedom of information requests.
• To collate information from various sources, including liaising with technical staff services and cross service officers to prepare comprehensive, prompt responses to enquiries.
• To liaise with officers in the corporate feedback team, assisting with complaint resolution and when required liaise with complainants to ensure a comprehensive understanding of concerns and achieve quick resolutions.
• To act as web publisher, updating information on to the website as and when required.
• To be proficient in interrogating various IT system to source data to assist in complaint resolution or to furnish information in response to freedom of Information requests.
