Information Request Administrator Contract Full Time

Based in Shrewsbury and the rate is £10.41ph PAYE

Our client is looking for an Information Request Administrator. To be responsible for preparing responses to requests for information received from both professionals and public and ensuring statutory guidelines are followed and deadlines are met.

The successful candidate will coordinate all requests for personal information including SARs (Subject Access Requests) and other information requests by logging and tracking progress. They will complete thorough database checks in the first instance to confirm whether any information is held and collate and gather all relevant information electronically or by requesting files from Records Management. They will inform the Information Governance team each time a response has been completed and sent out, so that central records can be updated.
