Income Officer Ref RQ1370690 Contract Full Time

Experienced officer required to take collection/enforcement action on current and former tenant rent arrears, as well as providing general guidance to tenants on the management of their rent accounts. The role will require the successful candidate to be based in the Clients offices, along with visiting tenants in their homes, in an attempt to address their arrears situation, along with representing the clientin the County Court for possession proceedings.
