Our client is looking for an Income and Collection Officer. To undertake a range of duties within the team as required including attending home appointments, assisted viewings and court.
The successful candidate will proactively engage with residents to advise on debt prevention and income maximisation, such as, Job Seekers Allowance, Housing and Council Tax Benefit, Universal Credit, Welfare Reform changes / implications, Pensions and Tax Credits, Mortgage Debt Advice, training schemes, employment, amongst others and keep up-to-date with changing legislation relating to income and welfare benefits/reform and to be able to convey this to the public in a well informed and professional manner.
