This is a full time temporary role.
Our client is looking for an ICT Infrastructure Support Officer. To assist with providing IT support to our customers, with a customer focused approach. They successful candidate will be building close working relations with all employees, communicating effectively, face to face, over the telephone or online and working within a team including the IT Business support and Service Desk teams and Third-party partners and suppliers.
They will also be assisting the implementation of new systems and hardware developments, in line with our project management standards and managing a large-scale refresh projects including PC’s, laptops and iPads.
