ICT First Line Support needed £11.27ph PAYE – Reference:5162625
To provide First Line telephone support on the ICT Service Desk. Providing, where possible, Incident and Request First Time Fixes or assigning to other teams. Working with Windows 10, M365, Windows 7, Citrix, McAfee EPO, SCCM, Active Directory and other systems.
The post is currently home-based and equipment will be provided.
This is working full time hours on a temporary contract basis
