HR Team Admin Support Contract Full Time

Based in Bootle and the rate is £10.71 PAYE

Our client is looking for a HR Team Admin Support. To provide general administrative, clerical and filing support to the HR Team.

MAIN DUTIES

• Ensure the effective and efficient filing of personal and other records onto the appropriate information systems
• Undertake basic word processing and other ICT based tasks e.g. data input.
• Provide routine clerical support to the team including reprographics, scanning, photocopying, emailing, and distribution of mail.
• Use of office equipment, reporting maintenance and faults relative to any office equipment. 
• Answering routine telephone calls, take and distribute messages escalating or directing callers to the appropriate officers.
