HR Project Support Assistant needed in Walthamstow £20.00ph PAYE – Reference:441068

This role will involve:

The post holder will also manage the central email and phone system, handling queries or escalate queries to the HR Advisor.

It is really important for us that thoughtful, compassionate, and meticulous customer service is provided to impacted colleagues, in order to ensure an effective dispute resolution. The post holder may be working to tight deadlines with people who may be frustrated or confused. The post holder will be supported with training and all information required to formulate responses.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
