HR Policy & Project Officer Full Time Temporary

HR Policy & Project Officer needed in Redditch paying £15.33 per hr PAYE ref: 497514

This role is full time on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on the development of HR Policies, processes and procedures, working with the HR team and customers.
• Team Leader for the Support Service, ensuring the effective and efficient support is provided to customers.
• Lead and contribute to the development of the integrated HR system
• To lead the recruitment process, including process design, on boarding, DBS through to induction.
• To use data to inform changes to process to meet the needs of the organisation
• Lead and monitor on the Employee Benefits Scheme
• Lead and monitor the Agency Arrangements for the Authorities
• Establish ongoing mechanisms to capture feedback about policies and processes.
• Ideally candidates will have a Project Management or Transformational Qualification
