HR & Payroll Team Leader Contract Full Time

HR & Payroll Team Leader based in Bedford and the rate is £23.00 per day PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role.

This role will involve:

Direct, Lead, Manage and Coach the Payroll and HR Transactions team, setting clear targets, undertaking PDRS and identifying training needs for the team and ensuring the team are up to date with relevant information.  Recruitment of new team members and disciplining of staff to ensure the function is sufficiently resourced and performing; to support corporate objectives and deliver high standards of customer service within agreed timelines to meet SLAs, KPIs and legislative requirements.
