HR & Learning Systems Coordinator Full Time Temporary

HR & Learning Systems Coordinator needed in London £17.32 per hr PAYE – Reference:468826

This role will involve:

• Deliver, oversee and support the transfer to new learning management system- working closely with Project SRO
  • Supporting community managers to preserve material from legacy system
  • Informing staff of steps to take to maintain existing individual learner records
  • Uploading content onto new learning management system (My Learning) 
  • Developing and coordinating a series of briefings, events and surgeries to demonstrate the new LMS and get users started
  • Respond to staff queries
  • Work closely with the learning & development team to devise practical solutions and logistics to support the Learning Management System
• Updating project and programme management documents to a professional standard, such as project outlines, risks and issues logs and action plans for Board and update meetings. As well as create and maintain an up-to-date view of progress and interactions between other projects.
• Devise and prepare communications bulletins for all staff and managers for project or programme meetings including preparing materials, developing agendas, producing minutes and action plans if needed booking venues.
• Responsible for developing and updating the learning and development pages on the intranet, LMS, Yammer and manage the team production of corporate information and communications.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
