HR Improvement Officer based in Wakefield and the pay rate is £14.86ph

The role will initially be for 3-6 months and the focus is more on supporting with recruitment.
Short term the role will be to support on recruitment of Adult Social Care. Help managers with DBS checks and keeping on track with recruitment. Supporting advertising processes – how we advertise, where we advertise, ensure adverts are rolling. Very hands on and fast paced role – very varied – need to be a “doer”. Supporting managers closely. Must have had experience in recruitment, recruitment systems, DBS checks etc.
Hybrid working – quite an involved role so will possibly need to meet with the managers & will need to be hands on.
