Hr Change Coordinator Contract Full Time

Hr Change Coordinator based in London and the rate is £16.15 per hr 

This is a full time temporary role

This role will involve:

• Complete routine data analysis to support People Workstream decision making and action
• Support planning, preparation and delivery of events and communications
• Schedule meetings and events; manage invitations and participant lists; prepare documentation for these
• Coordinate and collate regular project reporting; document management
• Reporting, research and data management in support of HR activities
• Manage a central email inbox of queries, responding where appropriate and seeking input and referring queries to others where required, ensuring consistency with other communications such as frequently asked questions documents
• Drafting, formatting and circulating letters and undertaking mail merge where required
• Organising individual consultation meetings, managing HR Transformation team diaries and availability and ensuring liaison with relevant line managers regarding their availability

Ideally candidates will have:

• British Council Global HR Professional Skills Framework (Managing Change) Level 3
• Knowledge of data protection fundamentals and experienced in working with confidential documentation and information
• Experienced user of IT technical solutions including Excel, Mail Merge, Sharepoint and SuccessFactors or other HR MIS
