HR Business Support Officer Full Time Temporary

HR Business Support Officer needed in Redditch £11.96 per hr PAYE – Reference:497688

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis. 

This role will involve:

• To assist in the use of the HR systems, oversee data cleansing, testing and rollout.
• To support the development of the recruitment and learning and development modules within the HR system
• Identify and drive continuous improvements of systems and processes across the organisation.
• To assist with training administration to deliver the Corporate Training Plan including booking rooms, inputting training and Health and Safety data on to HR21
• To assist with promotion and management of the staff benefits package
• To provide administrative support to the team including supporting the recruitment process, contracts of employment, issuing ID badges, general advice to managers and staff.
