HR Business Partner needed in Sandbach

The rate is £26.95ph PAYE

The successful candidate will lead on a large scale TUPE transfer of staff so we are looking for candidates with significant TUPE experience.

They will lead and manage a team of HR Operations staff focusing on the delivery of the Workforce Strategy and Service Workforce Plans through effective business partnering and policy development to translate business strategies into people solutions and drive continuous improvement to ensure that the people needs are met.
