HR Assistant Part Time Temporary

HR Assistant needed in Bromley paying £11.00 per hr PAYE – Reference:507070

This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis

This role will involve:

• Support with the completion of the CEST and business case
• Collate and file completed and approved business cases
• Collate and file completed CEST’s
• To provide general assistance and guidance.
• Completion of required pre-employment screening elements such as references and a DBS.
• Collating all Ltd company documentation such as Certificate of incorporation, Professional indemnity and public liability insurances and VAT if applicable.
• Collating and assisting with the supplier form
• Completion and supplying the off-payroll worker with the status determination statement and contract of services before the start of the assignment.
• All documentation relating to an off -Payroll worker will be stored centrally.
• Reviewing a Monthly report from finance detailing all invoices paid to identify possible off-payroll workers not known to HR.
• To liaise with such managers who have engaged an off -payroll worker without going through the correct process.
• To assist with compulsory off payroll training programme
• To assist to the monthly off-payroll audit.
