The successful candidate will deliver a high quality, pro-active human resources advisory service to schools as part of a traded service. To develop effective working relationships with governors, school leaders and school leadership teams to ensure advice and support provided is relevant and tailored to the needs of the school. Under the direction of the Human Resources Business Partner, to provide a human resources service to a specified allocation of schools and be accountable for the quality of work delivered.
