Working full time hours on a temporary basis.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive HR Officer to join our Human Resources and Organisational Development team, providing support to employees throughout the client to provide short term maternity cover for a period of up to 8 months.
As an HR Officer you will act as a first point of contact, undertaking a wide range of tasks to support the HR function. We need someone with excellent customer service skills, an ability to communicate and work with others and a strong eye for detail. You should enjoy working in a team, be able to cope with and prioritise a busy and varied workload, and take pride in delivering high quality work accurately and on time. Strong administration skills are essential for this role as is previous experience in an office based environment.
We are ideally looking for candidates with the following: Education to A Level or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Previous experience of working in a customer focussed HR environment Knowledge of employment law Experience of using HR databases and producing management information Experience of attending and record minutes of meetings to ensure an accurate record
