Full time hours on a temporary basis.
This contract will for 3 month – however depending on funding we may look to extend by a further 9 months or move the person onto a client contract. Hours – 09:00 – 17:00 Mon – Fri Currently Remote Working, however the main place of work for this post is Badminton Road, Yate, Gloucestershire and candidates should be prepared to travel to and work here if needed. Previous Recruitment / HR admin experience is essential or possibly someone with account management experience . -CIPD level 3 would be a benefit but not essential. This role will be to support our Integrated Children’s Services department with the Recruitment of Social Worker. Key duties will include but are not limited to: Arranging and confirming Interviews with hiring managers, candidates, and agencies Placing order and raising offers on the system for agency workers. Compliance checks for agency workers Raising advert for permanent recruitment Making offers and pre-employment checks for permanent candidates Making arrangements for candidates first day Supporting hiring managers to use the systems. Pre-employment checks Candidates must have strong organisational skills and eye for detail and the ability to priorities competing demands. They should be able to work at pace under pressure and provide excellent customer service at all times
