Housing Support Admin Officer Contract Full Time

Housing Support Admin Officer based in Bromley and the rate is £12.27 ph

This is a full time temporary contract role.

This role will involve:

• To undertake (on and off the job) training to investigate, assess and advise customers under a statutory duty, in line with Housing Act 1996 (Part VI and Part VII), as amended by the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, Homeless Code of Guidance and all other relevant and/or associated legislation.
• Provide advice, information, and support to vulnerable residents, who approach the Housing Options and Support Service in need of help and support with their housing, assisting to prevent or relieve their homelessness and sustaining tenancies.
• To work collaboratively with other housing teams and departments, Local Authorities colleagues, Registered Providers, and external partners to achieve the best outcomes for customers and to meet Service objectives and performance indicators.
