Housing Services Manager needed in Rugby Paying  £30.77 per hr ref 1346762

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Oversee the management of the housing management function to ensure excellent, value for money, service delivery in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
• Lead by example in facilitating a responsive and empathetic service which puts the customer first and has a focus on tenancy sustainment   
• Understand the performance of the service and identify opportunities for service improvement, innovation and development, for the benefit of customers and to ensure a healthy Housing Revenue Account 
• To work and manage the housing service and develop processes collectively with other managers in the service and corporate teams to implement service improvement changes
• Procurement, monitoring and management of Contracts relevant to the service
• Oversee the implementation and management of estates management/neighbourhood inspections to ensure any issues are picked up and dealt with effectively
