Housing Programmed Works Officer Contract Full Time

Based in Exmouth paying £13.11ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary role.     

Our client is looking for a Housing Programmed Works Officer. To assist in the delivery of the Planned and Cyclical Maintenance works and improvement programmes and to support the Senior Technical Officer in achieving the priorities and objectives.  The successful candidate will develop specifications, tenders and contracts for major repairs and improvements to the housing stock they will assist in the delivery and management of the housing planned and cyclical maintenance functions, including the development of I.T. systems and service standards and assist with requests for consent from tenants and owners of former  properties who wish to undertake alterations and improvements in Council or former properties by providing information, advice and guidance to other staff.
