Housing Options reviews officer needed in East London £18.63ph paye Ref 421660
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
To deal with Corporate Complaints, Members Enquiries and provide reports on necessary complaint findings for lessons learnt. To be able to work with people and deal with conflict and reach resolutions and problem solve. This role will require intensive knowledge and experience in homelessness up to Reviews level.
