Housing options officer needed in London £31-£37599pa/ |
|
Full time hours on a perm basis. To provide housing advice to customers, (in person or via agreed communication channels) outreach surgeries/services, one stop shops, home visits etc as directed, to aid early intervention and also to prevent homelessness, whilst managing customer expectations.
To undertake assessments of customer circumstances to determine eligibility and homelessness under the Housing Act 1996 as amended by the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017. Issuing correct notifications, Personal Housing Plans and referrals to appropriate services to resolve homelessness |
