Housing officer ref 5258909 Full Time Temporary

 Tenancy housing officer needed in Portsmouth £13.44ph ref 5258909

Role to be focused on Tenancy Update visits which are required by the Housing Regulator, see attachment. Confirming person occupying is the tenant, completing a questionnaire,  identifying any tenancy concerns, property condition concerns or breaches including safeguarding and subsequently feeding back to Housing Office or Repairs Support team to complete any follow on actions.  Will involve lone working necessary risk assessments and training will be provided.
