Housing Officer needed in Redbridge, £16.51ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1040884
Key responsibilities include:-
• Identifying vulnerable residents and working with partner agencies to ensure all residents can live safely and sustain their tenancies
• all areas of Tenancy Management including: successions, assignments mutual exchanges and legal issues, including preparing statements and presenting these at court, boundary disputes and damage to property
• the successful management of anti-social behaviour – proactive case management, negotiation, finding solutions, updating victims and keeping detailed records.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
