Housing Officer Full Time Temporary

Housing Officer needed in Portsmouth £13.44 per hr PAYE – 5205605

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis

This role will involve:

• Supporting customers to pay their rent and dealing with rent arrears.
• Dealing with tenancy issues either about the property or complaints made about the tenants (e.g. anti-social behaviour)
• Arranging repairs for tenants and completing property inspections as necessary.
