Housing Officer Contract Full Time

Housing Officer based in Southwark and the rate is £15.75ph

This is a full time temporary contract role.

The successful candidate must co-ordinate assessments received and referrals into supported accommodation. They will be the lead contact for support providers of homeless pathway hostels limiting voids, prioritising placements and facilitating moves.

They will provide advice to agencies internal and external who want to access supported accommodation and to provide regular updates on placements made, vacancies and referrals to the rapid rehousing service manager and will also lead on the monthly liaising meeting held with the support providers.
