Housing Needs Reviews Caseworker needed in North London Paying £20.96 per hr ref 1367383
Full time hours on a temporary basis

- Write and conclude Part VI stage 1 and 2 internal reviews per Housing Allocations Scheme.
- Contact housing applicants for further submissions and keep them updated.
- Liaise with internal and external teams, including Medical Advisers.
- Manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
About You:
- Ability to analyse information and make fair, evidence-based review decisions.
- Experience with Housing Allocations Schemes.
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting robust review decisions.
- Effective oral and written communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
- High standards of customer service and casework.
- Experience meeting varying deadlines.
- Proficient in using and adapting to different IT systems
