We are seeking a dedicated Housing Manager to lead a team of housing officers and assistants in delivering high-quality, value-for-money housing services. This role focuses on enhancing resident satisfaction and fostering safe, sustainable communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the neighbourhood services business plan and budget.
• Promote team engagement and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide integrated services that improve quality of life.
• Oversee tenancy management, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
• Conduct regular estate inspections and manage tenancy checks to enhance community standards.
• Address anti-social behaviour and support victims of domestic violence with a sensitive approach.
• Manage the voids and rehousing process to maximize efficiency and income.
• Champion equality and diversity in service delivery.
• Analyse performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
