Housing Management Assistant needed in Leamington Spa £10.97ph PAYE – Reference:5179850
This role will involve:
Maximising customer satisfaction by making sure that where possible all enquiries are resolved at the first point of contact. Take ownership of answering, specific and general queries and giving advice to members of the public, other departments, stakeholders and outside agencies who contact and/or work alongside the client. Identify those customers who require additional support in order to sustain their tenancies, and make appropriate referrals to ensure a culture of financial inclusion & early intervention.
Provide a positive customer experience through general administrative support to the team in relation to the landlord service, including updating databases and customer files, recording customer contact, printing and scanning and managing post.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
