Housing Maintenance Manager needed in Wellington, £22.51ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1336675
Lead for Housing Property Teams, overseeing the responsive repairs and void section within the housing team, ensuring all projects and works are delivered to cost, quality, and time constraints.
Works to housing stock are critical to minimise the risk to residents and the public, as well as to meet legislative and regulatory requirements and maintain the future value of the housing asset portfolio.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
